Nice one, that shaded part under her chin looks a little funny, I think you should make it a little lighter, also add a little more detail to the neck. Her hair is cool, looks like she's crying because people made fun of her hair style ^.^
Awsome pic though, hope you are coloring it, even though you say you might not.
